This morning, the probe committee that has been investigating the indiscipline cases within the National Unity Platform party coordinators and leaders in Busoga has handed over its report.
The committee headed by the NUP Deputy president in charge of Western region Ms. Jolly Mugisha has submitted its findings to the party president Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert aka Bobi Wine.
The development has been confirmed by the party in a Friday tweet.
“This morning, our President, @HEBobiwine received the Report of the Committee he established to inquire into & make recommendations regarding the conflicts amongst the NUP leaders in Busoga Sub-region. The Report will now be discussed &the relevant decisions taken & communicated,” the party tweeted.
The NUP Secretariat cracked whip on its leaders in Busoga following multiple reports of indiscipline that had culminated into physical attack on leaders. The party opted to interdict some of its coordinators like Bigirwa Moses, Pr. Andrew Muwanguzi, among others to step aside and be investigated for alleged misconduct and indiscipline.
